What a real estate consultant does in Dholera
A consultant advises on where and how to buy, sometimes across investment, industrial and residential use. Advice is only as good as the sourcing behind it, so ask what it is based on and cross-check any figure against an official source.
How to use this list
Below are the 3 real estate consultant listing(s) we found tagged to Dholera in a July 2026 Google Maps scrape, shown with their real ratings and review counts. The order is not a ranking, and a rating is only a point-in-time signal of past reviews. Use the list to find candidates, then evaluate each one yourself. A real estate consultant with a high score from a few reviews is weak evidence, and no rating substitutes for confirming that a specific plot has clean title and a valid GUJRERA registration.
How to evaluate a real estate consultant
Separate presentation from substance. Ask what the firm has actually delivered on comparable Dholera projects, visit a completed or in-progress site rather than a showroom, get every claim about a plot in writing, and confirm who is legally responsible for the layout and its approvals. The discipline that protects you is the same whether a firm looks large or small.
The verification every buyer should run
Dholera is a regulated, planned region, so due diligence is specific, not generic. Before any payment on a plot, confirm five things. One, the town-planning-scheme status and the Final Plot number of the exact parcel, matched to the survey number. Two, non-agricultural status, which applies automatically to land inside an approved TP scheme but not to raw land marketed as being "in the SIR". Three, the GUJRERA registration of any plotted development, checked live on gujrera.gujarat.gov.in. Four, a clean title chain: the sale deed, the mother deed, a 30-year encumbrance certificate, the 7/12 extract and up-to-date tax receipts. Five, the promoter's actual delivery record, not its marketing. If any of these cannot be produced, treat that as the answer.
How this page is sourced
Everything on this site is held to one standard so you can trust it enough to act on. Every figure is tagged by where it comes from: green for government or official sources, amber for national or trade press, and red for broker or unverified claims, which we flag rather than repeat as fact. Every figure carries a date, because Dholera moves and a number that was right last year may not hold now. Anything framed as a future event, an opening, a first chip, a completion, stays labelled as a target until a government source confirms it happened. We do not sell plots, we do not publish invented reviews or registration numbers, and where a fact is not reliably available we say so instead of guessing. The full method and the primary sources are on the sources and methodology page.
Read the tags as a confidence meter. A green figure is something you can plan against today. An amber figure is credible but worth confirming before you build a decision on it. A red figure is a claim we are showing you so that you can recognise it, not one we stand behind. When two sources disagree, we say so and show the more authoritative one rather than averaging them into a number that is nobody's actual figure. The point of all of this is simple: you should be able to act on what you read here, and check any of it yourself, without wondering whether a number was quietly invented to make the picture look better than it is.
